Lupita's Story about the AAACE Conference

Lupita Segura, along with Cristina Munoz Ulrich and Marina Kravtsova, presented a workshop about Student Council at the AAACE - American Association of Adult and Continuing Education - National Conference in New Mexico.   At the conference, Lupita was an ambassador for our school, introducing herself to many people and telling them about our school and our many wonderful programs.

And here, in her own words, is Lupita's story about attending the conference:

I would like to thank everyone who gave me the opportunity and support to attend the conference. I feel so proud to be a part of this school and represent San Mateo Adult school in New Mexico. It was a very valuable experience and it was so important that I was able to participate and hear all the different topics regarding Adult education. It was a great chance to meet all the people who are involved in the education system. I'm now connected to all the people that I met and their message that we should never stop, so that we can always continue our education.
