From Learner to Earner: Chady Assad

 As San Mateo Adult School Students gain knowledge, skills, and confidence, they join the work force, advance in their jobs, and engage in volunteer work.  The Learner to Earner page is about their success. Each week or so, another success story is feature.  Here's the second story in the series.

Chady Assad

Syria, Chady's home country

 

Chady is from Syria where he worked as a dentist and also a hospital administrator.

 

After attending the Passport to Employment Program at San Mateo Adult School, Chady started to volunteer at the San Mateo Medical Center and is currently working as a Medical Assistant at a private clinic in Burlingame.

 

In the future, Chady hopes to attend college to take classes and also get a job as a hospital administrator.
