Let's Take Photos! Tuesday, December 10th, Morning Breaktime

Every Tuesday we wear Red for Adult Education.

This Tuesday, December 10th, at break time in the morning, Teacher Tom Jung will take photos of people wearing Red for Adult Education.

We will take the photos in Room 27 because it is very COOOOOOOOLD outside right now!

We hope to make a beautiful poster of people wearing Red for Adult Education.

Tom Jung took this wonderful photo:

He takes all the great photos you see on our school website.

Everyone who wears red on Tuesday will get a raffle ticket from Mr. T for our Red Raffle.

Important:  You need to sign a Permission Paper before you get your picture.

Also important:  Understanding why we are wearing Red for Adult Ed.

We are wearing Red for Adult Ed to remind everyone:

*  Adult Education matters!

*  K12 Adult Schools need Designated Funding!

Many areas around the state have no or almost no Adult Education.

We hope the new Regional Consortia system helps to bring Adult Ed to these areas and to improve and increase Adult Ed everywhere.

For this to happen, we need to raise awareness about the value of Adult Ed and the need for Designated Funding.

This is why we are wearing Red for Adult Ed and taking photos on Tuesday, December 10th at breaktime, 10:30 am.

We hope to do a different photo project in the evening.

Why?  Because...

              Adult Education Matters!
