Health Fair Brings Resources to SMAS Day Students

The San Mateo Adult School Health & Wellness Program hosted a day time health fair this past Friday for students and staff. The event was a huge success because of our community partners who participated: Bonnie Jue, DDS of Sonrisas Dental Health, Nova Maldonado of San Mateo County Silicon Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau, Julie Engberg, RD of Peninsula Health Care District, Alex Navarro and Eiko Guilbea of Second Harvest Food Bank, and Zachary Radcliffe, Quinta, and Holli with The City of San Mateo Mobile Recreation Van. Thank you to everyone! And a big shout out to Sa Cheng and Shereen Lata for helping me to organize the event!
